Can I customize my box?
Yes. Supported bundles let you choose cube quantities and optional add-ons such as confetti, butterflies, cards, and tags.
What's the difference between 15, 20, 25 and 30 cubes?
More cubes mean a bigger surprise: more cubes popping out and more room for money, notes, photos and small gifts. 15 cubes come with every box; 20, 25 or 30 cost a little extra, shown on the bundle page.
What do the butterflies and confetti do?
They're just for fun. Confetti bursts out and the butterflies fly up when the box is opened, which makes the reveal more exciting. Both are optional.
What if I am not sure what setup to choose?
Use the ready-made gift box setups on the homepage: pick an occasion to see a suggested box with its add-ons, then add it to your cart or customize it first. Not sure which occasion? Answer a few quick questions in the gift finder.
Can I edit an occasion preset?
Yes. Choose Customize first from the preset preview to open the bundle page with the suggested setup already selected. You can change cubes, confetti, butterflies, cards, and tags before adding it to cart.
What can I put inside?
Money, photos, notes, jewellery, tickets, sweets or other small gifts. Keep things light so the cubes open cleanly; bigger gifts like a phone can go under the cubes.
Is the box reusable?
Yes. The box and cubes can be refilled and gifted again.
Can I choose confetti color?
When available, confetti colors are shown as add-ons on the bundle page. Options may change based on stock and bundle setup.
Are cards and tags optional?
Yes. Cards and tags are optional add-ons when available. Cards go inside the box, while tags can be attached to the bag handles for a finishing touch.
How many butterflies are included?
Each butterfly bag includes 3 butterflies, ready to release for the reveal.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Sparkz delivers across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. Choose your country in the selector to see delivery options and pricing for your location.
Will I be charged customs or extra fees?
Some cross-border GCC deliveries may be subject to customs, import fees, or taxes outside Sparkz's control. Sparkz does not collect or handle these charges and cannot predict which orders will be affected - checkout will flag this for orders where it may apply.
Can I change my order after checkout?
Contact Sparkz as soon as possible by WhatsApp or email. Changes depend on whether the order has already been prepared, customized, or sent for delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Send your cancellation request before preparation or delivery begins. Once an order is prepared, dispatched, or handed to a courier, cancellation may not be possible.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact Sparkz as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos or videos. Sparkz may request more information before offering a replacement, partial refund, or other solution.
How long does delivery take?
Checkout shows how many working days delivery takes once your order ships, based on your country.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Use the Track Order link in your confirmation email, or go to the Track Order page and enter your order number and email to see its current status.
When do I pay?
You pay at checkout, on Stripe's secure payment page. Your order is confirmed automatically the moment payment goes through - no manual review or waiting period.
What currency will I be charged in?
You're always charged in UAE dirhams (AED). For other countries, checkout also shows an estimate in your local currency; your bank does the final conversion.
Can I use a discount or promo code?
Yes. Enter your code in the promo code field at checkout and the discount is applied to your order total before payment.
Can I return or exchange my order if I change my mind?
Sparkz doesn't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, since every box is prepared to order. Refunds are available for cancellations made before preparation begins, or for orders that arrive damaged or incorrect.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is collected securely through Stripe Checkout. You can pay with major debit and credit cards, and with Apple Pay or Google Pay on supported devices.
